Track your Order


Call 1-800-528-5410 to speak with a Sale representative, or Track Your Order on-line.


  • Visit the "My Account" section of shopkonicaminolta.us and sign in; select "Order Status" from the menu to check the status of your order.
  • Tracking information is available 24 hours after your order ships. Past sales orders will display the order number and the date the order was placed.
  • Click on the order number to receive detailed information regarding the sales order including description, quantity ordered and tracking number.
  • If the tracking number is blank, the order has not been shipped. Click on the tracking number to automatically track your package through the carrier web sites.

Orders placed for in-stock items before 2:30 pm Eastern time will ship the same day. Orders placed after 2:30 pm Eastern time will ship the following business day, Monday through Friday

www.shopkonicaminolta.us offers efficient shipping and handling options, with overnight and ground transportation shipments available.


Shipping Stipulations


  • All orders require a street address, contact name, and phone number for shipment.
  • A shipment cannot be delivered to a P.O. box, APO, or FPO address.
  • Delivery is subject to product availability

Delivery

All orders from www.shopkonicaminolta.us will be processed and shipped in the most timely manner possible. To determine when you will receive your order, see the outline below:


Overnight: Orders received by 3:00 pm Eastern Time, Monday - Friday will be delivered the following business day.


Ground: Allow 3 - 5 business days for delivery.

Instructions for Returns

KONICA MINOLTA BUSINESS SOLUTIONS U.S.A., INC. and shopkonicaminolta.us are happy to accept returns of all items within 30 days of the invoice date with the exception of opened software products. To return a product, please follow these simple steps:


E-mail Our Returns Department

Please email our Returns department at printer-orders@kmbs.konicaminolta.us for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. We will reply within 24 hours.


Your email should include the following information:


  • Your Name
  • Order Number
  • Quantity of items you wish to return
  • Reason for the return

Write Your RMA Number on Your Return

Once you have received your RMA number, please print it clearly on the outside of the package you are returning. All products must be shipped back in the original manufacturer box.


Ship the Product Back to Us

Ship the product back to us via a traceable method (UPS or FedEx).


  • All return shipping is to be paid by the customer.
  • We must receive the return within 10 days after you receive your RMA number.
  • The RMA number will expire on the 11th day after it was issued, at which time any returned product/s will be refused.

Receive a Refund

Once the return is received, please allow 7-10 business days for the credit to appear on your account. The credit will be issued to the purchase/credit card used for the purchase or credit to the account if a purchase order is provided.


KONICA MINOLTA BUSINESS SOLUTIONS U.S.A., INC. will refund the customer's shipping costs if the reason for return was caused by KONICA MINOLTA error.


Policies

We cannot provide refunds for opened, non-defective software and consumables. Defective software and consumables may be returned within 30 days for replacement only. The replacement product must be the same title and version as the original product ordered.


Please return items in as-new condition, disassembled, in original packaging with the packing slip, all warranty cards, UPC tags, manuals and accessories. Failure to do so will result in the product being returned to you and no credit issued.


Instructions for Replacements

If you have received a defective product, KONICA MINOLTA BUSINESS SOLUTIONS U.S.A., INC., and shopkonicaminolta.us, will be happy to send you a replacement. To receive your replacement, please follow these simple steps:


Contact Technical Support

Please contact our Technical Support department by calling 1-877-778-2687. Technical Support will determine if your product problem can be resolved. If the product is determined to be defective, Technical Support will notify the Returns Department, who will issue you a Return Materials Authorization (RMA) number. This number will be sent to you via e-mail. Upon issuance of your RMA number, KONICA MINOLTA BUSINESS SOLUTIONS U.S.A., INC. will submit an order for and ship your replacement product.
