Before you can place an order you need to set up a new account. Go into My Account and follow the directions on the page for creating your account information.


Maintaining an account at shopkonicaminolta.us offers many advantages. "My Account" allows you to track current orders and see a history of all your orders.

Konica Minolta Business Solutions, U.S.A. is unable to process any orders shipped or billed outside of the United States.

Step-by-Step Ordering Instructions


  • Shop the site for the product you want.
  • Click on the product if you need more detailed information.
  • Update the quantity by clicking the up or down arrow to increase or decrease the desired amount in the numerical box and update.
  • Continue shopping or click "Checkout".
  • Enter your email address and password for easy access to your account.
  • Enter your shipping information.
  • Confirm your order and shipping information.
  • Select payment type.
  • Credit card number and expiration date.
  • Click Submit Order.

It is recommended that you print and save your order completion page.


We will do everything possible to ship your order in a timely manner. Due to the popularity of some of the items at www.shopkonicaminolta.us, we may not always have an item in stock. We have included item availability before order completion. If entire desired amount is not available, please reduce the quantity.


Tax Exemption


If your order is non-taxable you must indicate on your order and submit a tax exempt certificate. If the certificate is not received within 24 hours the orders will be shipped including tax. The tax can be credited back once the certificate is received.


For current customers and employees, email the tax exemption certificates to taxadjrequests@kmbs.konicaminolta.us. For new customers, please send the tax exemption certificate to newcustexemptionsetup@kmbs.konicaminolta.us.


How to submit a sales tax adjust request

To apply for a sales tax adjustment, you can send your completed tax exemption certificates to taxadjrequests@kmbs.konicaminolta.us


Please include the following:


  • Your order number
  • E-mail address
  • Acceptable proof of your exempt status (as outlined above)

If you do not receive your adjustment within 10 business days, please contact us again.


Receipt of Purchase


Your receipt will be emailed directly to the address entered when registering a new account. You may access any order placed at www.shopkonicaminolta.us by visiting the Order Status page located in "My Account". After entering your email address and password, click on the Order Number next to the order you wish to access.


Canceling an Order

Orders for in-stock items are sent to our warehouse for shipping immediately after you place the order, so you may receive your products as quickly as possible. Therefore, in-stock items cannot be cancelled.


To request cancellation of backordered items, please e-mail printerorders@kmbs.konicaminolta.us In the e-mail request, please provide your Order ID and the Item number(s) to be cancelled. If we are unable to cancel your order, you will be notified via e-mail.
